About Web IEP
Welcome to the section on the
web IEP.
The first version of the web IEP was rolled out in January 2005.
The web IEP is provided free-of-charge to any school district in
the state of Iowa.
New versions are rolled out each year on July 1st, after being
tested by a multitude of people across the state, including
technical people and special education service providers.
The summer release is intended to address the any changes to
Federal data collection requirements as well as those features for
which training is needed. Subsequent 'Interim' releases during
other parts of the year are intended to improve functionality of
the application as it relates to user need.
